Plain English version of how we handle the data you share with us, and what we collect when you use oscen.ai.

Who we are

OSCEN is a neuromorphic AI company building a continuously-learning brain for robotics. The marketing site at oscen.ai is operated by OSCEN Incorporated. Reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and timestamps. Used to operate and secure the site.
  • Through cookies and similar technologies:
    • Essential (always on): a small consent cookie that remembers your choice, and a session-scoped attribution cookie that captures the UTM tags from links you arrive on.
    • Analytics (always on, privacy-safe): Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views, plus our own anonymous click, scroll and time-on-page counts stored with Cloudflare (which button or link was clicked, how long a page or section was actively read, on which page, from which campaign, on what kind of device). Neither uses cookies or identifies you personally, and nothing you type into a form is recorded.
    • Advertising: the Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and X pixels and Google Tag Manager, plus server-side copies of the same conversion events (for example, that a form was submitted or a purchase completed, with your email address hashed). These let those platforms measure our ads and show relevant ads. Under some US state laws this counts as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising.
      • In the US: on by default. Opt out anytime with the link in the footer, or through Cookie preferences. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
      • Outside the US: off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner.
  • When you fill out a form: name, email, and whatever else the form asks. Contact, investor, and collaborator forms submit to our own OSCEN CRM; newsletter signups go through Buttondown. Investor inquiries also ask about accreditation status and check size.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your inquiry.
  • To deliver the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To understand which marketing channels are working.
  • To show our paid ads to people who are likely to be interested.

Our paid ad targeting is currently US-only. The site itself is accessible globally and we welcome international visitors. If you fill out a form (for example, as a qualified investor abroad), we process your information under the same standards described here.

Who we share it with

We use these processors:

  • Neon (database behind our OSCEN CRM, where form submissions are stored)
  • Buttondown (newsletter)
  • Plausible (analytics)
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram pixel + Conversions API)
  • Google (Tag Manager and any tags configured through it)
  • Netlify (site hosting)
  • Stripe (when applicable for support tier payments)

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

  • Withdraw consent or opt out at any time. Use the link to reopen the banner, or the "Do not sell or share my personal information" link in the footer.
  • Request a copy of your data.
  • Request deletion.
  • Object to processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected].

How long we keep data

Form submissions: indefinitely unless you ask us to delete. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Cookies: the consent cookie lasts 1 year if granted or 90 days if denied. Advertising cookies follow Meta and Google's own retention policies.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our processors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we materially change our tracking, we will update this page and reset the consent banner so you can choose again.
